Fresh Coffee have been in the business of coffee in some way or another for the past 10-years. Their founders have worked in the coffee industry for the past 25-years and know everything there is about the UK coffee market. They work with the best Rainforest Alliance producers around the world, the best coffee roasters in Italy and the finest sustainable packaging companies. This delivers a portfolio of brands that are sold in every hot beverage format, online, in-store and white labelled for UK consumers. With these factors making them one of the most affordable yet high-quality coffee businesses in the UK, Fresh Coffee wanted to grow its audience in the UK for its Sustainable Eden Project range of coffees for Nespresso Original Machines, as well as its Italian coffee from Saquella and Caffetutto. The aim of our work was to increase the exposure of the brand, drive conversions online, improve their marketing systems and digital functionality supported by content creation that communicated the values of their brands.

We knew that Fresh Coffee had strong products, we just needed to get them into the hands of customers to pair strong marketing strategy with strong social proof. We focused on three key areas; stunning visuals, improving sales channels and driving paid spend returns.

We created engaging photography, social content, video ads, social ads and email marketing campaigns for FCS to their existing e-Commerce store, as well as their Amazon storefront. We paired this with community management to create social proof for the brand to build on for new product ranges.

The revenue generated in teh first 6-months of the campaign allowed FCS to invest in TMA building a more sophisticated e-Commerce website in Shopify, building in automation to speed up their D2C operations and provide subscription coffee sales to customers to increase their profit margins.
